An new signature dining restaurant will be coming to the Japan pavilion in Epcot. The new restaurant's setting will draw from both nature and takumi (a word meaning “artisan” in Japanese), as well as the relationship between Japanese craftsmanship and the natural world. A new quick-service refreshment stand, Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats, opened at Disney California Adventure over the weekend. The Monsters Inc.-themed stand (it's not Abominable Snowman, it's Adorable Snowman, get it?) is near the entrance of the soon-to-open Pixar Pier. The big draw here is the non-dairy lemon soft serve ice cream (we hear it's something like the lemon version of a Dole Whip). You can get it plain, swirled, in a parfait, dipped in white chocolate, or as a root beer float!
